Students in Spanish 3 Honors finished up 2024 exploring topics related to health and wellness with a twist. Señor Connolly’s students researched topics using the new Google Illuminate Experiment. This AI environment gave them access to cutting edge research papers from the arXiv database out of Cornell University. Students then turned that synthesis into sound, adapting the output and adding their own voices to produce a podcast.

The results represent a leap in language learning and a exploration of the way students can interact with Large Language Models in ways that move conversations forward.
