Hurricane Fiona dealt a deadly blow to Caribbean nations recently, impacting Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic most catastrophically. They need our help! ¡Necesitan nuestra ayuda!

Taller Salud – Female-run nonprofit dedicated to providing access to women’s health care to those in Puerto Rico.

Hispanic Federation – Latino nonprofit organization directed at empowering and advancing hispanic communities through things like education, health, environment, etc.

Fundación Pisadas de Amor – Nonprofit organization aimed at assisting older adults and families in Puerto Rico with food & house insecurities, or challenges with mental health.

Stronger Than Maria – Founded after Puerto Rico was hit by Hurricane Maria, this nonprofit focuses on disaster response and improving the standard of living in affected regions of Puerto Rico.

Direct Relief – Humanitarian aid organization providing assistance to regions affected by poverty or emergencies.

Brigada Solidaria Del Oeste – The Puerto Rican mutual-aid group who work to promote the development of communities through mutual support, art, music, and activism. They are asking for donations of emergency essentials for residents.

GlobalGiving – GlobalGiving connects nonprofits, donors, and companies in nearly every country in the world. They help fellow nonprofits access the funding, tools, training, and support they need to serve their communities.

Techos pa’ mi gente – Translated to “Roofs for my People” in English. This nonprofit organization is dedicated to building proper roofs for homes and reconstructing housing in communities in PR affected by natural disasters.

PRxPR – PRxPR invests 100% of donations amongst the most critically affected communities. Aid impacts short and long-term humanitarian needs focused on food/agriculture, clean water and fuel/renewable energy initiatives.

APRODEC – An organization focussed on long term economic development in Puerto Rico.
